Charlotte Polk presented the proposed library purchases and said the posted list covered 152 titles that had been available for public review for more than 30 days. “There are a 152 titles on the list that was posted for more than 30 days,” Polk said, and reported that parents submitted no concerns through the district form.
A trustee moved to approve the purchase as presented and the board voted in favor. The presenter noted the district must submit the approval by ISBN number in accordance with the legislative requirement affecting instructional-material approval.
