Bullard ISD approves election order, interlocal agreement with Smith County

The Bullard Independent School District Board moved to authorize an Order of Election and an interlocal agreement with Smith County to conduct district elections during its Feb. 10, 2025 meeting. Both measures were approved by unanimous vote.
Board President Cory Zahirniak presided; Stephanie Luper made the motion to approve the Order of Election, which was seconded by Jaclyn Pedersen and recorded as carrying 7-0. The board also approved an interlocal agreement with Smith County for election services on a separate motion by Luper, seconded by Pedersen, also recorded as 7-0.
