Two proposals were received and reviewed; the evaluation found Apex Flooring Services offered the best value based on price and a demonstrated record of work on district projects. The motion to approve the contract passed 5-0.
Facilities staff will coordinate scheduling to complete the replacement with minimal disruption to cafeteria operations.
