The evaluation committee determined Gerdes Air Conditioning provided the best overall value; the board approved the purchase and installation by motion (Fred Elder Jr., seconded by Martin Ibarra) on a 5-0 vote.
Staff reported the HVAC units targeted for replacement were 20 years or older and that the project follows the district's facilities planning protocols. Administration will proceed with contracting and scheduling installation.
