Board hears Holistic Well-Being report and is notified of intent to apply for federal education funds

Robin White, Director of Student Services, presented Chapel Hill ISD’s Holistic Well-Being Report, which the district provides to the Board twice a year. The report highlights efforts in mental health services, counseling, nursing and extracurricular engagement and is intended to inform decision-making and identify opportunities to better support students.
White also notified trustees of the district’s intent to apply for federal education funds for the 2026–2027 fiscal year, including programs under ESEA/ESSA, IDEA and Perkins V, noting that the notification fulfills federal and policy transparency requirements. No board action was taken on funding at the meeting.
