LaKeisha LeBlanc told the board that Endeavor High School will expand Career and Technical Education pathways to increase access to industry certifications, dual credit, apprenticeships and workforce training. She said the program intends to strengthen wraparound supports—academic, behavioral and mental health—to help students complete credentialing and transition to postsecondary options.
LeBlanc reported Endeavor’s program enrollment at 94 students with 75 on a Spring–Fall 2025 waiting list. She described partner discussions with San Jacinto College on dual credit for English 4 and Certified Nursing Assistant coursework, noting students must be at least 16 and meet lab and clinical-hour requirements to sit for the CNA exam. The district plans a parent information session and a Spring 2026 pilot cohort of about 6–10 students.
