Trustee Matthew Mettauer left the meeting at 1:30 p.m. during the closed session period. The meeting concluded shortly after open session business when Trustee Gregg Hubbard moved to adjourn at 2:15 p.m., a motion seconded by Trustee Casey Lout that carried 5-0.
