Center ISD board approves March financials and consent agenda items

Valerie Moore, Chief Financial Officer, reviewed the district financial package that included the March 2026 financials, the April 2026 tax office report and the April 2026 investment report. Trustee Casey Lout moved to approve the financials and related reports; Trustee Josh Burns seconded the motion, which carried 7-0.
The board also approved the consent agenda, which included minutes from the April 8 regular meeting and an overnight request from Center High School for a band trip (motion by Casey Lout, seconded by James Ragan). The minutes record that there were no payment approvals requested and no budget amendments presented at this meeting.
