SHAC adds new member Priscilla Baugh and proposes hybrid meeting schedule for 20262027

The meeting approved prior minutes for Dec. 3, 2025 and Feb. 3, 2026 and adjourned at 8:58 a.m. (motion by Jennifer Jones; second by Pete Low).
