The Center Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the district's required three-year school safety audit and acknowledged an update to the District Vulnerability Assessment. Pete Low and Amanda Kirby presented findings and identified areas for continued improvement, and trustees voted 7-0 to accept the audit.
"[The board] received an update on the District Vulnerability Assessment, including but not limited to current findings and areas identified for continued improvement," presenters told the board. The approval followed a motion by Trustee Casey Lout and a second from Trustee Cody Miller. Board minutes record no amendments to the audit approval and no recorded dissent.
