Staff said the new format is larger, more reader-friendly and searchable, consolidates previously omitted rates such as utility rates, park rentals and impact fees, and that many fees were increased by roughly 5% to reflect inflation.
Council reviewed the schedule at Finance Committee on Nov. 18; departments ran their rates through their Council Committees before forwarding to the full Council. The resolution was approved as part of the consent agenda.
