Floydada ISD board adopts resolution to settle Region 17 v. Conterra Broadband case

The resolution also authorizes the district superintendent and the representative of the Region 17 Education Service Center, acting as fiscal agent for the Region 17 Network, to take any and all actions and execute documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
