Flour Bluff ISD board receives District Annual Report; no action taken

The board confirmed a quorum with trustees Shirley Thornton, Jerry Hooper, Jennifer Welp, David Gerlach, Dr. Steven McClure (who arrived at 6:01 p.m.) and Jeanie Blankenship-Paluseo present; Dr. Jim Needham was absent. The board announced that the full Board Information Packet is posted on the district website and that the meeting was being livestreamed and recorded to the district YouTube channel.
Under a scheduled public comment period, the board reminded attendees of Policy BED and Open Meetings Act posting limitations; no members of the public spoke. The meeting then moved to a public hearing in which presenters C. Steinbruck, T. Molina and N. White presented the District Annual Report. The agenda identified the item as a report only, meaning no board action was required or taken.
