Board approves consent agenda and quarterly investment report; routine items pass unanimously

The Flatonia I.S.D. Board unanimously approved the consent agenda at the July 10 meeting. The consent package included the June 9 regular meeting minutes, the June 18 special meeting minutes, June 2025 financial reports, Hazardous Transportation Guidelines and a resolution confirming 4‑H organization extracurricular status.
Additionally, the board approved the April–June 2025 Quarterly Investment Report during the action items portion of the meeting. Jessica Morrill moved approval of the investment report, seconded by Dan Sullivan; the motion passed 6‑0. These items were treated as routine and recorded in the minutes.
