Board approves Microsoft 365 renewal, Ingenuity purchase and instructional-material orders

The board approved a set of routine but budget‑relevant purchases during the July 15 meeting, including renewing district Microsoft 365 licenses and purchasing Ingenuity (Imagine Learning) credit‑recovery software. Administration explained the Microsoft licenses support productivity, collaboration and cybersecurity tools used districtwide and recommended renewal to prevent interruptions. "Renewing the Microsoft 3 65 license will allow the district to continue using these services without interruption," a staff presenter said.
The board also approved a $27,326 purchase of Ingenuity to pilot credit recovery and TSIA licenses (to support CCMR criteria) with Title IV funds and a CTE site license under $5,000. Trustees then certified and approved several instructional‑materials purchases that exceeded the $15,000 threshold under the state textbook allotment; staff said those items are TA‑approved and purchase orders will be submitted immediately.
