Board approves final payment to Jackson Construction for Moseley Building renovation

Fort Sam Houston ISD trustees approved the Superintendent’s recommendation to accept the Final Payment Application from Jackson Construction Co., Inc. for the Moseley Building renovation project. The contract close-out and payment approval were included among the board’s consent items and were adopted unanimously by the trustees present.
The presentation noted the renovation of the Moseley Building has been completed and that the Facilities Committee will present a report at the Aug. 22 board meeting. "Renovation of Moseley Building completed," the capital projects summary reads; district staff moved the final payment application forward for board approval to close out the project.
