Junior Mascorro moved to approve the consent agenda and Jeremy Allen seconded; the motion carried 6-0.
The consent agenda enumerated the following items as presented: approval of the agenda and prior minutes; report of bills; financial and quarterly investment reports; approval of budget amendments; approval of appraisers and the appraisal calendar for teacher evaluations for the 2026-2027 school year; designation of August 17, 2026, as the public hearing on the tax rate and budget; approval of guardians for 2026-2027; approval of a resolution for a Good Cause Exemption for Armed Security Guards under HB3; adoption of the 2026-2027 Frankston ISD Code of Conduct; and approval of the Frankston Elementary Transition Plan for Bluebonnet instructional materials.
