Commissioners authorize outside counsel for personnel review and approve Freshworks maintenance software

The board approved Resolution #91-26 authorizing submission of an application to Hancock County Common Pleas Court to retain Clemons Nelson & Associates, LTD as outside counsel for matters before the State Personnel Board of Review and the Office of Unemployment Insurance Operations. Phil Johnson said the firm was contacted for its expertise; he said the service will be paid from JFS funds.
Separately, the board approved Resolution #92-26 to enter into a one-year software agreement with Freshworks, Inc. for maintenance request intake and fulfillment at a cost of $1,368.00. Phil Johnson described the software as intended to streamline receipt and distribution of maintenance requests across county buildings. Both resolutions passed 3-0 (motion by Bateson, seconded by Bechtol).
