Chisum ISD adopts annual audit, approves quarterly investment report, consent items and budget amendments

Trustee Larry Rickman moved and Trustee Matt Patterson seconded approval of the annual audit report; the audit was approved by the trustees present.
The board also approved budget amendments on a motion by Judd Oats, seconded by Matt Patterson; the meeting record does not specify amendment amounts or account line changes. All votes on these financial items were recorded as 'For' by Trustees Ball, Oats, Patterson and Rickman, with Dashielle Floyd, James Weems and Craig Burns noted as absent.
