Chisum ISD switches Ag Barn earthwork contract from CMAR to job order contracting, approves contractor and prevailing wage

The board then approved selection of a job order contractor for the Ag Barn Earthwork Project and delegated contracting authority to the superintendent (motion by Larry Rickman; second by Travis Ball). Trustee Travis Ball additionally moved, and Trustee Matt Patterson seconded, approval of the prevailing wage rate for the project.
