- An Interlocal Agreement with the Fort Bend County Juvenile Board to supply community activity officers and deliver the Expose Excellence Youth Program to FBISD students at no cost. The agreement describes program components (job skills, tutoring, transportation, mental-health and substance-abuse services, mentoring and wraparound services) and estimates the program will serve approximately 75–150 at-risk students ages 10–17. The County will provide program staff and coordinate with FBISD on recruitment and campus approvals.
- A multi-party Memorandum of Understanding establishing the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program (JJAEP) between the Fort Bend County Juvenile Board, Fort Bend ISD, Stafford MSD, and Alief ISD. The MOU sets out responsibilities for FBISD to provide teachers and related educational services at the JJAEP, Member District seat reservation and payment provisions (Member districts may reserve up to two seats for FY2026-27 upon payment), student records sharing, and renewal and termination terms.
- An Interlocal Agreement with the City of Sugar Land to coordinate the Sugar Land Community Expo through July 31, 2027 (with automatic annual renewals unless terminated). The agreement allocates planning, vendor, marketing, facility and insurance responsibilities between the City and FBISD and includes a budget narrative for hospitality and supplies (FBISD- incurred expenses to be invoiced to the City).
All agreements contain data-sharing, confidentiality, insurance, and indemnification provisions appropriate to public entities. The minutes record adoption of the agreements as consent items; detailed program operating plans and final budgets are included in the packet attachments rather than being read aloud in open session.
