Commissioners approve Motorola change orders for EMA/911, citing $256,475.55 price reduction

Both motions were made by Commissioner Harry Dutch Kaufman, seconded by Commissioner Vince Vicites, and passed unanimously.
Commissioners did not discuss new replacement technology in detail at the meeting; the actions recorded reduce the county's long-term contract cost exposure and adjust the vendor's contractual reimbursement rights.
