Commissioner Harry Dutch Kaufman moved the approvals, which included a Health Choices agreement with Carelon Health of Pennsylvania and professional service agreements with East End United Community Center ($48,472.00), Fayette County Community Action Agency ($86,663.90), and Fayette E.M.S. Special Services Co. ($49,898.00).
The board also approved Modification Agreement #2 for 2025–2026 with Laurel House, INC. in the amount of $506,571.00 (07/01/25–06/30/26). Commissioners passed the motion unanimously; no commissioner offered dissent during roll call.
