Board approves consent agenda; budget amendment pulled indefinitely

The Cedar Hill ISD Board approved the consent agenda on Sept. 16 with the exception of a budget amendment that Trustee Carma Morgan pulled for further discussion. "Carma Morgan pulls Item C for further discussion. Carma Morgan makes the motion to approve the Consent agenda with the exception of Item 9C. Ayanna Cabrera-Cook seconds the motion. Unanimously approved 6-0," according to the record.
Item 9C, the Budget Amendment, was removed from the consent agenda and "pulled indefinitely" and did not receive a vote. Other consent items listed in the minutes that proceeded under the approved consent agenda include minutes from previous meetings, a vendor list for RFP #24-25-02, designation of investment officers, designation of a treasury management administrator, T-TESS appraiser and calendar, and contract approvals for ProCare Therapy and Delta T.
