A telephonic participant, Dean Hudson, said some windows had been replaced prior to 1977 when the homeowner purchased the house, noting those four windows on a secondary elevation were already single-hung metal windows. Hudson said he would resubmit photos and elevations and the commission asked for updated proposals that preserve the grid patterns on principal elevations.
The commission voted to table the item to the next meeting so the applicant could resubmit the specified elevations and simulated divided-light profiles for staff and commissioner review.
