Trustee Latecia Hendricks moved to approve the Liberty Paper BuyBoard quote and Trustee Nathan Dempsey seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 7-0. The purchase was handled via the BuyBoard cooperative procurement process and was presented to the board as a recommended vendor selection.
