Additional items included authorization to use Job Order Contracting for eligible non-Bond projects up to a $10 million aggregate cap through June 30, 2027; purchases of fine arts consultants and clinicians; and a proposed five-year contract for campus fitness programs with Kick Drugs Out of America dba Kickstart Kids not-to-exceed $5,760,000.
