The board returned to open session at 4:31 p.m. and the minutes record that no action was taken during the closed session. Vice-President Jeff Cook moved to adjourn, and Secretary Danielle Budro seconded; the motion "carried 7-0" and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes also record that "No one signed up for Open Forum."
