Agenda item 9655 declared 10.3131 acres at 401 Jones Road, Highlands, Texas surplus; agenda item 9656 declared 20 acres along West Baker Road, Baytown surplus; agenda item 9657 declared 2.17899 acres at 0 Lee Drive surplus; and agenda item 9658 declared 2.49 acres along Lindbergh Drive surplus. Each motion passed with the six members present voting in favor.
