Trustee presses board on contractor payments, paving and unbudgeted maintenance

Mayor Joyce and Director Toepper replied that the paving work and sealcoating were complete, explained the unexpected removal of a spongy six-inch subgrade and that the village supplied and compacted stone, and identified Thornton Equipment as the contractor for the detention pond. Perchinski noted concern over where the funds came from and referenced an "$86,000.00 increase we are anticipating in our Health Insurance." The board voted to pay bills by motion and recorded unanimous approval.
