Gladewater ISD board approves interviews for six superintendent candidates

After returning to open session at 7:13 p.m., Vice President Jeff Cook moved to interview six applicants for the superintendent post; Trustee Garth Cockerell seconded the motion. The motion passed by a 7-0 vote. The minutes record that Secretary Danielle Budro then moved to adjourn and Trustee Cori Arevalo seconded; the motion passed 7-0 and the meeting was adjourned. The record lists Interim Superintendent Mike Morrison as "also present." The minutes do not name the six applicants or list dates for interviews.
