The Committee then voted to take no action at this time on the proposal.
Trustee Perchinski moved to take no action regarding the Farmers Market; Trustee Trotier seconded and the voice vote carried. Mayor Joyce said the village will not proceed until a plan is developed and staff or trustees bring a proposal back to the Committee or Board for consideration.
