Trustee Mac Odem moved to approve the draft and start negotiations; the motion was seconded by Sheila Edwards and passed 6-0 (one trustee absent).
During discussion Superintendent Lyon and trustees noted the draft should include a placeholder for the lease amount (described in the minutes as a dash to fill in the price). Board members who serve on the CAD will take the draft back to CAD representatives to report next steps and return recommended terms to the board for consideration.
