Steger accepts Fast Freddy Paving bid for Fireman's Park repairs, after funding concerns

Work described by the mayor includes patching cracks, cutting and repairing asphalt around bleachers, replacing rotten wood on the building and completing walking-path improvements ahead of opening day. Both bids stated they could complete the work before Little League opening day; Public Works will remove bleachers during repair and re-install them afterward.
