Other commenters included a reader who recited Romans chapter 13 and advocated for paper ballots, Arcelio Joseph Rayboim (speaker 6), who connected student loan cancellation and other national topics to local funding questions, and Jim McAfee (speaker 7), who criticized the city and used the word "fraud." The board closed public comment after these remarks and proceeded to the adoption calendar.
