Council approves second amendment to Music Associates of Aspen water-service agreement

The council opened the public hearing, heard no public testimony, closed the hearing, and then voted to approve the ordinance on roll call. Councilors indicated they had reviewed the first reading held Oct. 6 and noted no changes were made for the second reading.
