That bundled motion was made by Nicole Nolen, seconded by Lora Deluna, and passed 7–0.
Separately, the board approved renewal of the district's membership in the Richards, Lindsay & Martin, L.L.P. retainer program by a separate motion (Nicole Nolen moved; Carrie Gregory seconded; vote 7–0). The minutes record no public comments during open forum.
