Trustees hold two votes before confirming Liles as board president

Later in the same item, Terry Brooks nominated an alternate slate — Emily Liles for president, Terry Brooks for vice president and Tarrance Jones for secretary — and the board approved that motion 7-0. Roll-call votes were recorded for both nominations.
