HPISD presents 2026–27 district and campus improvement plans aligned to Balanced Scorecard

Dr. Shorr Heathcote, deputy superintendent, presented the Highland Park Independent School District’s 2026–27 District Improvement Plan and Campus Improvement Plans.
"The CIPs are aligned with the Balanced Scorecard, support the DIP goals, and define Key Actions for achievement at each campus," Dr. Heathcote said. She explained the plans are guided by the Balanced Scorecard, District Frameworks, and Board Goals and described monitoring of DIP progress by the DLC on four dates: November, January, April and June.
Trustees received the presentation for review; the minutes record the presentation but no formal action or vote on the plans during the work session.
