Most consent items drew no substantive questions; however, Michelle Velasquez, Executive Officer of Special Programs, and Emily Herrin, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, responded to trustee inquiries where noted. The purchases and related consent items were presented as routine procurement to support special education, curriculum, and assessment objectives.
