The approvals move the district closer to contracting a construction manager for the planned capital work and clear the current design development drawings to advance the project to the next phase.
The action followed discussion earlier in the meeting about ongoing projects and facilities needs. Board members agreed to pursue the procurement with the legal edits presented by counsel.
