Commissioners and council approve topics for biennial Housing rules review, direct staff to analyze

On behalf of the Town, Councilmember Jonathan Schechter moved (seconded by Councilmember Alyson Spery) a parallel motion; the Town vote was recorded as 4-0 in favor.
The motion directs staff to prepare written analyses on each approved topic and to return those analyses to the joint bodies at the August meeting for further discussion.
