Developer proceeds with previously approved storage building; committee says no new planning review needed
Summary
Watson Enterprises holds a building permit to construct an additional storage building; the company reverted a previously requested size change back to the approved dimensions and has already started work, so the local committee did not require a new planning-board review.

Chair (S1) reported that Watson Enterprises contacted the committee about a building-permit issue on Route 31A. Jared, a company contact, told the committee Watson has an existing permit and that they had asked to change a building size earlier in 2025 but had since reverted to the previously approved dimensions.
Chair (S1) described the project as four existing storage buildings (two 250-foot and two 230-foot) with the new building to match a 230-foot footprint; work has begun and the company already went through the planning-board process, so the committee decided no additional planning-board review was necessary. Committee members said they would include the matter in the formal minutes and circulate the full record at a subsequent meeting.
