Keri Lyles performed the public bid opening and named Streets, LLC as a bidder. Chairman Jacob McHughes moved to accept the bid opening and postpone a decision while directing the Purchasing Department to tabulate and qualify bidders; Commissioner Rusty Grissom seconded and the motion carried 3–0.
