The Campbell County CARE Board on June 19 approved the May 21, 2026 meeting minutes and accepted quarterly financial reports covering CSBG, County 1%, TANF-CPI and Problematic Gambling funds.
Amanda Hester moved to accept the minutes as presented; Cheyenne Neville seconded, and the motion carried. Linda Allred presented the Tyler financial reports and told the board that contract spend-downs were occurring "at a normal/anticipated rate." The reports listed CSBG FY26 contract amounts including Council of Community Services at $93,600, Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation at $45,604, Personal Frontiers, Inc. at $45,713 and Gillette Reproductive Health at $34,664. Problematic Gambling expenditures were reported at $5,537.72.
The board then voted to accept the financial reports. Joleen Van Norman moved to accept the financial reports and Amanda Hester seconded; the motion carried. The board noted County 1% agencies have contracts and are spending down funds as anticipated.
The board set its next meeting for Aug. 20, 2026 and noted key deadlines including the CSBG application due in August 2026 and organizational standards due Sept. 30, 2026.
