Authority approves removal of extra EDU for resident's basement remodel

Chair Dale High called the Leacock Township Municipal Authority to order at 4:30 P.M. on July 2, 2026. Resident Jim Bradley asked the board to remove a second Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) that had been assigned in connection with a basement remodel.
Frank Howe, the authority's Secretary/Treasurer, moved to remove the extra EDU; Jerry Reeser seconded the motion. The board voted unanimously to grant Bradley's request. The minutes record the action simply as "Mr. Howe made a motion to remove the extra EDU seconded by Mr. Reeser. Unanimous vote." No further conditions or follow-up were recorded in the minutes.
