Keller ISD celebrates state theater wins; every high school advanced to UIL state

Keller ISD celebrated a string of UIL theater achievements, with Keller High School taking the 6A state championship for its production of Silent Sky and Fossil Ridge High School placing sixth at state with Antigone. Presenter for the meeting read the list of student performers and directors and framed the results as a districtwide success.
"Keller High School claimed the 6 a state championship with its stunning production of Silent Sky," the presenter said as the board recognized students and staff. The district noted that all of its high schools advanced to state this year, representing 14 state appearances and three state championships over recent years.
The board applauded directors and students; administration credited sustained district investment in theater education and the commitment of teachers and volunteer directors. Board members offered congratulations and invited the community to upcoming performances.
