"It was a clerical mistake, and it was an easy mistake for clerical to be able to make because the policy had changed," the superintendent said. Board members confirmed the item to be H‑3 and agreed to reissue the corrected policy language and to return the athletic policy to the packet for further revision. No formal policy change or vote was recorded on the public transcript at this meeting.
