The Cass County Commission unanimously approved application 3200 on Aug. 5, allowing the split and rezoning of a parent tract of approximately 29 acres at 18216 South Franci Road in Pleasant Hill. Staff member Valerie told the commission the planning board recommended approval by a 5-0 vote.
Valerie described the proposal as a split into a "5 acre tract for residential rule and a 24 acre tract to retain agriculture zoning." No members of the public stepped forward to comment at the commission meeting; commissioners then voted 3-0 to approve the application.
