The Board approved a $0.10 increase to student breakfast and lunch prices for the 2026–2027 school year to move toward the USDA Paid Lunch Equity target weighted average of $4.15 (the district's current average reimbursable lunch price is $3.35). Trustee Phillip Davis moved the increase and Trustee Kris Woodcock seconded; the motion passed 7–0.
The Board also awarded RFP #26-011 to Arux Software, Inc. to provide a registration platform for district summer camps, CAVS Course, Extended Care and Enrichment Classes, and associated payments. The evaluation team reviewed eight responses and recommended Arux. The motion to award the contract (moved by Trustee Erin Archer, seconded by Trustee Tiffany Bennett) passed unanimously.
